The Research and Innovation Technologic Park (PIIT) located within the Monterrey metropolitan area was the first scientific park in México, making Nuevo Leon State a pioneer on the development of science parks and areas of innovation in our country. The PIIT research park works closely with strategic innovation clusters on Nanotechnology, Biotechnology, Aeronautics, Medical, Automotive, Home Appliances, IT & Software, Multimedia, Logistics, Sustainable Housing, Agribusiness, Energy and Tourism.
