Asenza Capital is a single family office based in Monterrey, Mexico that invests in private equity, public markets and real estate with special focus in Mexico and the US.

In real estate we invest with experienced partner developers in the US and Mexico across asset types.
In private equity, our focus is on providing growth capital in companies with proven traction and expert management teams. We provide strategic, legal, accounting and financial consulting to the companies we invest in by taking an active role. We participate in co-investments in earlier stages with venture capital funds.
In all our investments, we seek to be an active partner with strong value add.
