The Institute of Innovation and Technology Transfer implements the Economy and the Knowledge Society in Nuevo Leon through a strategic program in science, technology and innovation, via the State Innovation Ecosystem.
It also operates the Technological Research and Innovation Park, PIIT, the Nuevo Leon Innovation Fund, the Nanotechnology Incubator and the Biotechnology Incubator of Nuevo Leon.
To motivate and transfer applied research and technology development oriented towards the market's needs in order to generate economic growth in the State.
