_ • Coordinate the activities that ensure compliance with the procedures required by the researchers and by the Faculty in accordance with the calls of the Federal Government such as CONACYT, the Government of the State, where appropriate the productive sector and the University itself.
• Promote and support all activities aimed at achieving the normative, coordination, promotion and development of research and innovation and the development of academic events such as congresses, colloquiums, seminars, diplomas, among others.
• Promote and administer scientific collaboration and innovation agreements with the productive sector and with other educational and research institutions.

The Mexican Observatory on Human Rights is a citizen and independent non-governmental organization for the defense and promotion of human rights that works to bridge civil society and the government and academic sectors through strategic litigation, advocacy and academic research on human rights.
