• Market products and services resulting from research and technological development activities, as well as obtain, acquire, register, grant, market, promote, assign, license, sell and use, either for your benefit or on behalf of third parties and under any title all kinds of patents, trademarks, trade names, industrial designs, utility models, industrial property rights and copyrights;
• Receive and provide all kinds of advice and services for the development, adaptation and transfer of technology, training, technical, scientific, administrative consulting or for public and private enterprises, national or foreign;
• Propose draft standards that improve the conditions of water use and its environmental implications, as well as reforms aimed at improving existing legislation;
• Establish, acquire, build, lease, operate and possess in any form permitted by law, plants, warehouses, laboratories, offices and any other property necessary for the fulfillment of its object;
• Acquire the rights, services and other movable goods necessary for the fulfillment of their object;
• Assist within the scope of its competence, with the units and entities of the State Public Administration, as well as with the corresponding federal and municipal agencies and entities, for the realization of the object of the Agency
